Method 1: Select your fabric choice(s) and make a list by name along with the size(s) you wish to order. You may print the order sheet below to simplify your task. Call us with your order and at that time provide us with your credit card information or you can send a check or Money Order.

Method 2:   Using a printout of the order form below fill it out, fax or mail it to us and send a check or Money Order to cover the total amount via mail.
